To a large number of places in Europe the elite hunting in Bulgaria has its synonym – Cherny Lom. State Game Breeding Station “CHERNY LOM” is situated in the plain to hilly northeastern part of the country. It covers a total area of 130,000 ha of which 26,000 ha are forests. The terrain is rolling with altitude varying from 125 to 486 m. The Station is about 300 km from the capital Sofia and about 200 km from Varna Airport. It is one of those nooks time has no influence upon, where clients can be assured that their trip will give them real excitement, joy and the desired trophy from a real hunting experience. This unique complex of nature sites, combined with a professional and skilful management, creates all the necessary conditions for the development of RED DEER, FALLOW DEER, ROE DEER and WILD BOAR populations with excellent trophy qualities. The symbol of “Cherny Lom” is the red deer. Elite trophies of it are shot here each year and the tradition shows that more than half of them are awarded with gold medals. In fact there is simply no trophy left without medal. Among the records of the station is a red deer trophy with a weight of 17.340 kg. In addition, successful hunting of predators like JACKAL, WILD CAT and FOX is carried out. One of the “trade marks” of the Station is hunting of WOLF.

“Cherny Lom” offers its guests a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts as well as fishing in Elenovo dam next to the hunting area and horse riding.
